Returns / Exchange
Our policy lasts 14 days in U.S domestic shoppers and 30 days for international shoppers. If return period has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations cannot be refunded.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days(Domestic) and 30 days(International) after delivery
- Underwear item is final purchased
- Shipping fee is non-refundable and the cost of shipping fee we sent including free shipping fee as well will be deducted from your refund as restocking fee. (Ex. Delivery failed due to insufficient address)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It takes normally 2 to 3 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and reshipping fee in order to ship your exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping fee we sent including free shipping fee as well will be deducted from your refund as restocking fee.
Partial Shipment
If you placed an order for multiful products and if we have some out of stock or shipping from a different location, customers can choose partial shipment. Then we will refund items and save shipping fees. The refund takes 2-3 business days to go back into your account.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order and fit guide line prior to finalizing your purchase.

Please check our size chart and compare your clothes, if we do not have the size chart, remember the brand you liked in our store and find the same brand and try it on in your neighborhood local stores and compare our prices, including shipping fees. If we offer a cheaper price and can save your money, place your order online and avoid returning due to an incorrect fit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are concerned about protecting your shipments from missing or porch pirates.
- UPS: $5.55 per parcel
- USPS: $3.45 per parcel

If your item was undelivered due to problem of your address, then please contact us first by following: 804-384-3641 or customerservice@upstreamers.net and wait until the item was returned to us. It normally takes 7 to 10 business days in domestic and 40 ~60 business days in international. Once the item returned to us, we will do full refund to your credit card and you will receive the confirmation email and it will takes 2 to 3 business days to credit back to your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance Sale items (More than 50% off Regular Price Items if applicable)
Only regular priced and sale items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance sale items (More than 50% off Regular Price Items) from cannot be refunded.
Defective or Damaged Items (if applicable)
We always double check all items before we fulfilled items. We will replace items or refund if they are defective or damaged during shipping process.
