We will ship out your order by USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days, USPS Ground Advantage 2~5 business days or 2~5 business days of UPS ground mail from North Chesterfield, VA. We will provide tracking information for all packages. - If the package is missing during delivery, we will take responsibility and issue a refund. However, if the package is lost even after the tracking information confirms delivery, we cannot issue any refund and this is the full responsibility of the buyer. Missing or Lost Packages Insurance Claim

If your item was missing however; your missing package that shows as delivered based on your tracking information, we cannot offered refund but you can claim USPS insurance up to $100 of USPS Priority mail packages if your mail or package does not arrive at all, file a claim in the time frame for the service you used. USPS Priority mail can file a claim after 15 days.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped in the order that it is received. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive your package approximately 2 to 5 business business days (USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days, USPS Ground Advantage & UPS Ground: 2-5 business days) after that - unless it is an international shipment.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?
A tracking number was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can also access this from your account.
This email will contain your tracking information including the tracking number and shipment method.
It may take up to 24 hours before a tracking number is registered in the system and showing tracking information.
All USPS International shipping cost is included tracking number and insurance.

Partial Shipment
If you placed an order for multiful products and if we have some out of stock or shipping from a different location, customers can choose partial shipment. Then we will refund items and save shipping fees. The refund takes 2-3 business days to go back into your account.

USPS International Priority Mail Service (Tracking Number is Included)
Priority Mail International shipments containing merchandise are insured against loss, damage, or missing contents up to $200 at no additional charge.
USPS International Priory Mail Service promises reliable delivery by local postal carriers in the destination country.
If you want to save your shipping cost, we can ship out by USPS International First Class mail and it includes tracking number but it does not cover insurance from any damage or missing shipment. Please email us to customerservice@upstreamers.net for shipping quotes for your orders and you can pay through paypal when we informed you total cost.
Canada Customers
We can refund saved shipping fees, please contact us to calculate saved shipping fees.
