1. Customer makes an order: We give you 2 points ($0.02) for every $1 spent

2. No Expiration on Rewards: Cash Back rewards do not expire as long as your account is open.

How do customers redeem their points?

Customers can calculate their point balance based on their total orders and redeem their points by emailing customerservice@upstreamers.net then we will send you a one time discount code based on your point balance and you can use the coupon code at check out to get the discount.
